Art Teacher Excellence Awards 2018

We at IADEA are proud to announce the ‘Art Teacher Excellence Awards’ – The award is for the teacher who has designed successful art lessons and projects that in turn has gotten good results from the students. A total of 10 awards will be given on the basis of the following criteria:

Most innovative concepts
Promoting process in the Art Room
Instilling creative confidence in students
Best teaching techniques
Most effective use of Elements of Art (line, colour, value etc)
Projects that encourage collaboration

Sample Projects

Please submit your student’s art projects with the following information:

Name of the project
Project brief
Inspiration (artist, art history, mythology, nature etc)
Medium used
Student grade – For example – Grade 3 (elementary), Grade 10 (high school)
Jpeg or PNG image of the art work

Please label each student work image submitted with Name of the project, Medium and Student Grade.
