For our fifth IADEA event, we collaborated with the Piramal Museum of Art and held a 2-hour Art workshop for teachers, centered around the current exhibition at the Museum – Making Art: Materials & Technology. The session saw participation from 20 Art Educators, and was facilitated by Sara Vetteth (Founder, IADEA) and Sayali Mundye (Outreach and Programming, Piramal Museum of Art). In addition to a guided tour through the show, renowned artist – Reena Kallat, addressed the group speaking about her process and the choice of medium in her work. The workshop concluded with an interactive group activity where participants got an opportunity to experiment with the various materials in the exhibit.
